Walk the talk

I've delivered and attended several training courses over the years.

The best trainers are those that can connect with the people attending the course, and who walk the talk. When trainers are obviously working from a text book with no real experience of the subject they are training it really shows through, and in my experience they lack credibility.

All the good trainers who have made an impact on me, really walk the talk.
