Start customer service training project

This is the first time to design a customer service training project but I'm struggling with knowing which best topics that I have to include and in which sequence so I need help with the topics that I should put in my project, the sequence of delivery, what are the activities that I could include, and the resources for the topics.

With any training design, start with what you want to achieve. What does your organisation want to achieve as a result of the training, and what do the participants need to know or do better or more confidently as a result of the training?

Once you have the objectives clear, the content will fall into place.
