Good trainer welcomes questions and respects your individuality

A good trainer welcomes questions and turns them into a thinking exercise for the group.
Everyone has their own way of resolving problems, and everyone will learn a bit faster and remember a bit longer through their own experience.
A Good trainer recognizes the difference in personalities; s/he welcomes them all and doesn't get irritated at people with personality type that is incompatible with his or her own.
A good trainer doesn't make you look stupid in front of the group, but rather make you feel important and included.
I have met several excellent trainers, and these were the common qualities they had.
